Return/Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at HEMISH LIFESTYLE. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our Return and Exchange Policy below.

Important Note:

  • At present, we do not provide Refunds. Customers are eligible for a one-time exchange only. We request you to order accordingly.
  • We will Refund only if we do not have the product available for exchange or there are some other solid company reasons.
  • All products are shipped with a yellow seal tag. If the seal tag is removed or broken, the product becomes ineligible for return or exchange.

Exchange Policy:

  • We offer Exchanges within 5 days from the date of delivery. Once your Exchange query has been accepted by our team, a notification will be sent to your registered email and your order will be picked up by our logistics partner within 24-48 hours.
  • Estimated delivery of all exchange queries fall between 6-8 working days. The Exchange can be initiated via the Website and Email.
  • Please note that once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will go through a Quality Check and once approved, your exchange query will be processed further.
  • Price Difference in Exchanges: If the new item is priced higher than the original, you'll need to pay the difference upfront via a prepaid method. If the new item is priced lower, the remaining balance will be issued to you.
  • Cancellation of orders are only permitted on COD orders which will be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Conditions for the Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to make a exchange, you must have a video of the unboxing and a solid reason for doing so.
  • There is no perfume, stains, scratches, washed or damage on the product.
  • Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped, (Do not remove the tags as well).
  • If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn/used/washed or any type of damage, WE WON’T PROCEED FORWARD WITH THE QUERY.
  • We reserve the right to reject the exchange request for a product if it does not satisfy the above mentioned conditions.
  • Customers are allowed only ONE exchange per order. Multiple exchanges for the same order or item are strictly not permitted.

Exchange Charges:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable for both COD & Prepaid. If you are doing exchange than you have to bear the one time shipping charges.
  • A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of exchange/refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item. 

Extras:

  • Please Note: Items bought during Sale Events or Flash Sales cannot be exchanged
  • Defective Products: If you've received a defective item, please email unboxing videos and Photos, and our Customer Experience Team will assist you.
