Return/Refund and Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges & returns within 5 days from the date of delivery. Once your Exchange/Return query has been accepted by our team, a notification will be sent to your registered email and your order will be picked up by our logistics partner within 24-48 hours.
- Estimated delivery of all exchange queries fall between 6-8 working days.
The Return or Exchange can be initiated via the Website and Email, read through the prompts highlighted on the Website. - Please note that once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will go through a Quality Check and once approved, your exchange/return query will be processed further.
- Cancellation of orders are only permitted on COD orders which will be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Price Difference in Exchanges: If the new item is priced higher than the original, you'll need to pay the difference upfront via a prepaid method. If the new item is priced lower, the remaining balance will be issued to you.
Conditions for the Return or Exchange
- If you wish to make a exchange or return, you must have a video of the unboxing and a solid reason for doing so.
- There is no perfume, stains, scratches or damage on the product.
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped, (Do not remove the tags as well).
- If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn/used/washed or any type of damage, WE WON’T PROCEED FORWARD WITH THE QUERY.
- We reserve the right to reject the exchange/return request for a product if it does not satisfy the above mentioned conditions.
Return/Refund and Exchange Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable for both COD & Prepaid. If you are doing exchange than you have to bear the one time shipping charges.
- A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.

- Please Note: Items bought during Sale Events or Flash Sales cannot be exchanged or refund.
- Defective Products: If you've received a defective item, please email unboxing videos and Photos, and our Customer Experience Team will assist you.
