  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days for most locations in India.

  • Remote or rural areas may take longer depending on courier services.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors (courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, etc.).


3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India (if applicable).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): May include an additional service fee.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor the delivery status.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to reflect after dispatch.


5. Address & Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details at checkout.

  • If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect details or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.


6. Delays & Liability

  • Hemish Lifestyle is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or events beyond our control.

  • Once the package is handed over to the courier, liability for timely delivery lies with the shipping partner.


7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be announced in the future.
